Shipping Policy
Same day shipment cutoff times for all Carlstar Distribution Centers
- 12:00 P.M. local for all LTL carrier or non UPS shipments
- 2:00 P.M. local time for UPS Ground, Next Day and Customer Pickup
Note: the ability to ship same day is based on weight, quantity and carrier availability.
For non-standard expedites and emergencies, please contact Carlstar Group customer service.
If a premium shipment is required after posted hours, please contact Customer Service. We'll do everything possible to do accommodate request. Otherwise, orders placed after posted times will ship the following business day.
THE CARLSTAR GROUP AUTOMOTIVE WHEEL PREPAID (FREE FREIGHT) SHIPPING POLICY
This policy sets forth the guidelines for aftermarket shipments made from the Carlstar Group of Companies.
- • Customers must order a minimum of $5000 of product, shipped to one location with the same requested delivery date.
- • The Carlstar Group will choose the carrier and mode of transportation. Requests by customers on carrier preference will be considered, but not guaranteed when at the expense of Carlstar.
- • The customer may request to add additional items to the purchase order until an item ships. However, The Carlstar Group cannot guarantee changes within 48 hours of the ship date.
- • Any special delivery requirements mandated by the customer resulting in costs above standard shipping will be charged back to the customer.
- • Any backordered product will ship freight prepaid or pooled with a future order.
