CALIFORNIA - Proposition 65 Compliance Statement

California’s Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires the State of California to publish a list of chemicals known by the state to cause cancer or reproductive toxicity. This notice is intended to warn The Carlstar Group LLC’s customers that some products distributed by The Carlstar Group in California contain chemicals that are included on California’s Prop 65 list. Such products include:

The Carlstar Group LLC has chosen to provide this warning based on its knowledge about the possible presence of one or more Prop 65 chemicals in its products. The Carlstar Group LLC has not attempted to evaluate the level of possible exposure. Products distributed by The Carlstar Group LLC may contain listed chemicals at levels that are below the Proposition 65 Safe Harbor Levels or could even be zero. Out of an abundance of caution, The Carlstar Group LLC has elected to place the Proposition 65 warning notification on all its products that may contain chemicals identified on California’s Prop 65 list.
