Will Call/ Stock Order - Pick Up Policy
Please contact the Customer Experience team to place or make changes to orders and to verify items are in stock and available. Schedule pick up times when placing your order or contact the local DC representative. Customer Service Coordinators are available Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM (EST & PST).
Guidelines
Will Call Orders (orders of 40 units or less)
- Allow 2 hours minimum for order processing prior to pick up
- Orders after 2 PM local time will be available for pick up the next day
- No change to orders within 2 hours of pick up
- No freight allowance
- Allow 48 hours minimum for order processing prior to pick up
- No change to orders within 2 hours of scheduled pick up
- Please schedule pick up time with Titan International Specialty Division DC personnel
- Orders not picked up within 5 business days of the scheduled pick up date will be cancelled and the product placed back into inventory
Pick Up Information
- Please call the DC representative to schedule a pick up time
- Drivers are not permitted in the warehouse
- We will only release merchandise to persons with proper identification
- Upon arrival, please give your order confirmation (or order number) to the DC representative. A minimal delay of 30 minutes may occur without this information.
- Titan Specialty Division associates will load your order and you will receive a packing slip
Stock Orders (orders of more than 40 units)
Pick Up Information

- Drivers are not permitted in the warehouse
- We will only release merchandise to persons with proper identification

- Titan Specialty Division associates will load your order and you will receive a packing slip
- Terms are FOB point of shipment with ownership and responsibility passing to the buyer upon pickup or upon placement of the shipment in the hands of a carrier for delivery to the customer
